Over 10 years as an educator Ben has worked in various special education classrooms serving students who demonstrate severe behaviors. He currently serves as a campus-based social-emotional specialist where he creates programming, analyzes the effectiveness of interventions, and develops training for the district. He has worked collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to improve campus and district outcomes on a variety of metrics. In addition to his work in education, Ben has served on the board of directors for a local non-profit in the capacity of the Director of Development. This work has allowed him to partner with large service providers in DFW to ensure the community's needs are met with relevant and timely services.
